 We are at approximately one hundred days before election night and I don’t know how I am feeling. I did not grow up political in any way. My former life as a Jehovah Witness really curtailed my involvement in most ways. Yet today, I remain constantly concerned primarily due to the effect political actions can have on me and loved ones.  Think. The POLITICAL actions just a generation back ended Jim Crow for us today. Imagine police officers or fringe militants deputized federally to go into communities. There is no way to check if they truly are or not. Many deaths would come before ever finding out the truth of the situation if ever finding out at all. It really has been a mystery throughout history on where to place it, but I think I have an application.  Consider the Bible had no concept of Presidents or the system of American government. To the ancient eye, Presidents are kings. So thus, we have quick successions of kings. This would mean several may be alive at the same time although only one sits in power. How many are alive at this moment then? Let’s count off. Carter, Clinton, Bush, Obama, Trump, & Biden. That’s six and we are literally months away from our next election.
