Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to introduce you to the 4 headed wild beast with wings. Enter the Global Paris Climate Agreement. Now I know that some will think that I am grasping at straws. Consider that we are thinking long term. This global agreement lays the ground work to touch every part of human existence. It actually can question if human existence hurts or helps the planet. It will be able to enforce its authority above and beyond corporations which is a huge deal. We see what occurred with VW and the beating it is getting for dirtying the air. This just sets the precedent for more actions like this. Daniel's image of this character starts with a tax collector. Carbon tax anyone? In short this arrangement will be used to gain more and more power until ultimately the 4th and final beast arrives. This arrangement will incubate our ultimate beast with iron teeth that I refer to in "The Dragon Period". I honestly did not think I would see the 4 headed beast...

The nature of this bear is localized. This is one of the beasts that does not have wings. There is a chance that its efforts are highly localized in comparison to the winged lion or the winged 4 headed beast. What we should start to look for is a four nation coalition to remove ISIS which will take us from bear to 4 headed leopard. Something to watch for.

I have been scratching my head as to the rising of the bear that isn't firmly established and it hit me. Think back to the Arab Spring. The three players taken down to activate the whole movement over there are Ben Ali, Mubarak, and Gaddafi. Think about it.
