I think we just saw the birth of the 4 headed beast

Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to introduce you to the 4 headed wild beast with wings. Enter the Global Paris Climate Agreement. Now I know that some will think that I am grasping at straws. Consider that we are thinking long term. This global agreement lays the ground work to touch every part of human existence. It actually can question if human existence hurts or helps the planet. It will be able to enforce its authority above and beyond corporations which is a huge deal. We see what occurred with VW and the beating it is getting for dirtying the air. This just sets the precedent for more actions like this.

In short this arrangement will be used to gain more and more power until ultimately the 4th and final beast arrives. This arrangement will incubate our ultimate beast with iron teeth that I refer to in "The Dragon Period".

I honestly did not think I would see the 4 headed beast materialize in my lifetime.

Revelation's description is the pale horse rider of the apocalypse. The rider has scales and is measuring grains for money. In my book, I have related this pale horse with a world wide famine. This may still happen. It is just hard to see from what direction it obviously come from. But we are still very early in this beast's existence.
